Toowoomba Regional Council is collecting and managing your personal information in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld) and the Public Records Act 2002 for the purpose of remaining in contact with you, administrating, assessing and awarding sponsorships. The information provided in this form and supporting documents will be accessed by authorised members of Toowoomba Regional Council. The information provided on your sponsorship application and in any related documentation and discussions may be provided to members of the assessment panel to assist Council in processing your sponsorship application. By submitting an application, you consent to Council publishing the applicant's name, event/activity/program description and amount funded on our website and Council endorsed publications. This information may also be used for promoting Council's sponsorship program. Does your event/activity/program meet Council's eligibility criteria?

Council seeks to support and promote a strong, involved and connected community by providing opportunities for outgoing and incoming sponsorship of events, programs, and activities. Council may enter into sponsorship arrangements with organisations whose products and services are consistent with the role of local government and where no potential, perceived or actual conflict of interest exists. Council is committed to providing opportunities through sponsorship arrangements to support and grow the Toowoomba Region’s event and program offering. Through Sponsorship, Council may seek opportunities to support other organisations who contribute to the Region (outgoing sponsorship) and choose to attract 'funding partners' with the aim of enhancing its own events and initiatives (incoming sponsorship).
